A discharge passage (a) is formed of the front face wall 1, the side wall 9, the upper vertical plate 2, and the side face wall 6. In this case, the total length of the discharge passage (a) is made shorter than the total height of the box-shaped container and the passage is installed at the upper part of the container. A measuring chamber (b) is formed of the front face wall 1, the side wall 10, the lower vertical plate 11, and the bottom face wall 12.
