In the bracing device for the suspended sliding door, a lower face of the suspended sliding door D for opening/closing a doorway is formed with a guide groove 1 extending in the opening/closing direction of the sliding door D, and top wall surfaces 2L, 2M, 2R of the guide groove 1 are provided with magnets 5, 6 continuously in the length direction of the guide groove 1. A flat support base 7 is fixed to a floor face F facing the lower face of the sliding door D, and the support base 7 is derrickingly provided with a guide member 10 rising by the attraction of the magnets 5, 6 and fitted into the guide groove 1. The rising guide members 8, 9 are guided in the guide groove 1, and the guide member 10 falls in a position not attracted by the magnets 5, 6.
