Further, a block member 22 made of an aluminum alloy is nipped between the surfaces, positioned facing each other, of the mounting plates 30 and 30 and securely laminated together in a close contact state. In this way, a cylindrical holding part 14 on which a mount body 12 is mounted and a bracket 10 for a cylinder type mount having a mounting part 16 attached to one member coupled in a vibration control manner are constituted through composite structure of the steel plate member 20 and the block member 22.
