Since vertical moving of a bracket 1 can be regulated by fixing the bracket 1 to a supporter 4 and then fitting the insertion piece 10a of a latch member 10 into the upper gap of an engaging hole 8a, the bracket 1 is prevented from coming off from the supporter 4 without giving special work to the bracket 1. Since a part of the supporter 4 is insert-held by an insertion piece 10a fitted into the gap and a bent piece 10c abutting an inner side surface 15a to the side surface 15b of the supporter 4 to immovably fix the member 10 to the support 4, the bracket 1, the member 10 and the supporter 4 are integrated.
