To provide a bracket which enables a support of a guard fence and a beam or a crosspiece of a panel to easily connect together, which is excellent in working efficiency associated with connecting work, which can also be used for diverse road grades and road alignments, which can reduce member costs and which improves the view of the guard fence, and the guard fence.

The bracket comprises a C-shaped approximately-tubular support connecting piece connected to the support, and a connecting piece which is composed of a pair of side plates extended to the other side of the support connecting piece from both ends of the support connecting piece fixed to a beam or a crosspiece; an interval between the outside of the pair of side plates is set smaller than the outside diameter of the beam or the crosspiece; and the bracket can be rotated on a portion connected to the beam or the crosspiece, and can be rotated on a connecting portion between the support connecting piece and the support. The vertical width of the side plate of the bracket is larger than the outside diameter of the beam or the crosspiece, and the pair of side plates can also be widened toward an end in a truncated-chevron shape along with elongation to the other side of the support connecting piece. Additionally, a screwing means can also be mounted on the one side of the side plate of the bracket.
