To improve a holding face against a fitting part of a metal collar.

A bracket is provided with a fitting part 3 where an insert hole part 3h is formed, and a metal collar 10 attached to the through hole part 3h. The metal collar 10 includes an annular first member 20 which contains a first engaging part 26 for engaging with the fitting part 3 on one opening side of the insert hole part 3h, for inserting a clamping member 8; and an annular second member 40 which contains a second engaging part 46 for engaging with the fitting part 3 on the other opening side of the insert hole part 3h, for inserting of the clamping member 8. The first member 20 and the second member 40 unite with each other through the insert hole part 3h in axial direction.
