To decide the angle relation of an object by the distance of keeping an interval by fixing parts by mounting the object on two links axially rotatably joined to the fixing parts.
This bracket 2 is provided with the two links 4 and 6, the link 4 is axially rotatably joined to the upper end face of the link 6 by a rotary pin 10 and the other ends of the links 4 and 6 are axially rotatably joined to the projections 16 of two U-shaped fixing parts 18. Four threaded bearing cylinders 20 receive small screws so as to fix a base station unit to the bracket 2. The fixing parts 18 are connected by adapters 30 to be tied to a pole by a belt. The respective adapters 30 are provided with a plate 32 and it is fixed through a hole 28 to the U-shaped fixing part 18 by a bolt. During use, the pole is received by a recess 36 and the plate 32 is tied to the pole by the belt. The closer the fixing parts 18 are set to the pole, the closer the unit gets in a vertical direction.
