The conventional braid having a hollow part at the center has merits of soft feeling of the braid as a whole, high flexibility and good stretchability with the sacrifice of the extension of the braid under a load to form gaps between the connected beads. The problem is solved by inserting a plurality of same or different kind of twist yarns into the hollow part at the center of the braid to suppress the stretch of the braid, prevent the formation of gaps between the beads and improve the mechanical strengths of the braid. A thinner braid can be manufactured by this method to expand the application field of the braid.
