Title:
KNITTED CORD MANUFACTURING METHOD, KNITTED CORD AS WELL AS CLOTH SANDAL USING THE SAME AND CLOTH SANDAL MANUFACTURING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2023147794
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide a knitted cord manufacturing method in which it is made by using cloth having a place being in a condition where yarn comes loose, and therefore it can properly be used for making the knitting such as cloth sandals, and provide a knitted cord as well as the cloth sandals using the same and a cloth sandal manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A knitted cord manufacturing method has a first sewing step and a second sewing step. The first sewing step polymerizes multiple basic cloth while being shifted in the same direction of the lateral direction so that a portion of the abutting weaving part may be overlapped in which a weaving part and a non-weaving part equalize a direction in the lateral direction to the basic cloth being continued in the lateral direction and juxtaposing in the longitudinal direction, and thereby makes suture cloth by sewing up the overlapping weaving part. The second sewing step makes a knitted cord including at least one of a fluff part being made by folding the suture cloth in the lateral direction so that a less-napped surface with a narrow range of the non-weaving part may come inside to expose the non-weaving part in the suture cloth and by suturing it in the longitudinal direction, and a non-fluff part being made by folding the suture cloth in the lateral direction so that a multi-napped surface with a wide range of the non-weaving part may come inside and the non-weaving part may not be exposed and by suturing it in the longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
