Title:
組紐状圧電素子、組紐状圧電素子を用いた布帛状圧電素子およびそれらを用いたデバイス
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6635788
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for further increasing the intensity of a signal of a piezoelectric element by using piezoelectric fiber.SOLUTION: A braid-like piezoelectric element comprises: a core part formed by a conductive fiber; and a sheath part formed by braid-like piezoelectric fiber so as to cover the core part. The braid-like piezoelectric element further comprises a metal terminal fixed and connected to the core part in any of the forms A and B as described below. A) In the form, a fiber portion forming a terminal end of the braid-like piezoelectric element is grasped by part of the metal terminal, and the core part and the metal terminal are electrically connected and fixed to each other within 1 mm from the grasping part. B) In the form, the metal terminal has a portion shaped like a fork or needle, the fork-like or needle-like portion is electrically connected to the core part while touching the sheath part, and the braid-like piezoelectric element is fixed to the metal terminal within 10 mm from the electric connection by another portion of the metal terminal or a component fixed to the metal terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
