Abstract:
To provide a braided stent having excellent kink resistance, release properties, expandability and flexibility, and manufacturing method thereof and jig for manufacturing the braided stent.SOLUTION: A braided stent is formed by bending and engaging metal wires and braiding them into a cylindrical shape with a netlike surface, the braided stent including, in the net-like surface, first parallelograms P1 each consisting of a first side having a first dimension and a second side having a second dimension equal to or more than the first dimension, and second parallelograms P2 each consisting of the second side and a third side having a third dimension equal to or more than the second dimension and different from the first dimension. The first parallelograms and the second parallelograms are alternately arranged in a circumferential direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
