Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a producing method for a braiding tool being useful, by punching a punching blank from semi-processed goods, and executing the step of mold embossing in a time of sectionally roundly chamfering or chamfering with inclining at least acute burr or acute periphery generated on the outline part.
SOLUTION: In order to produce a tongued needle, a punching blank is obtained from a thin steel sheet. This punching outline, that is, the profile 34 is almost decided with a punching tool. The side faces 21, 22, the needle upper side face 23 and the needle back face 24 are made to belong to the outside profile. When the punching blank is punched from the steel strip, at first it is made in an asymmetrical shape against the longitudinal center plane 36 executing to the broad width faces 21, 22. In the upper side viewing in the figure, the burr 37 is composed along the profile part 34 of the blank 33, on the opposite, a roundness is made on the drawing side. A broken face 39 existing between the burr 37 and the drawing side 38 is not made flatly and it is made generally without being correctly a right angle against the broad width faces 21, 22.
