Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake apparatus capable of suppressing inclination of an output side rotary member.SOLUTION: A brake apparatus includes: a housing 100 having a cylindrical inner peripheral surface 11; a brake shue 20 arranged at a radial direction inside of an inner peripheral surface 11 and having a brake surface 21 facing the inner peripheral surface 11 and being capable of being brought into contact with the inner peripheral surface 11; and an output side rotary member 30 installed so as to be rotatable with respect to the housing 100. The brake apparatus is constituted so that, even when rotary torque is applied to the output side rotary member 30, the brake shoe 20 is not rotated by the brake surface 21 being pressed to the inner peripheral surface 11 at least in one rotational direction. The housing 100 includes a support hole 64 for rotatably supporting a first support shaft portion 33A of the output side rotary member 30 and a bearing section 94 for rotatably supporting a second support shaft portion 33B of the output side rotary member 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
