The brake control apparatus for a vehicle provided with a regenerative braking device includes: a first brake circuit (lines 11, 12) connecting a master cylinder 4 to generate brake hydraulic pressure by a brake operation of a driver to a wheel cylinder 5 to which the brake hydraulic pressure is applied; a booster (first pump 32) to increase the pressure of a brake fluid in the master cylinder 4 and to transmit the pressurized brake fluid to the wheel cylinder 5 through a second brake circuit (line 15) connected to the first brake circuit; a third brake circuit (lines 16, 17) bifurcated from the first brake circuit and connected to the booster; and a reservoir 29 provided on the third brake circuit.
