To smoothly add a hydraulic braking for a regenerating braking and switch to the hydraulic braking according to the hydraulic pressure from a hydrodynamic pressure outputting means in simple constitution by surely separating a hydrodynamic system and a hydrostatic system from each other.
A pressure transferring means PT for transferring pressure by separating following two systems is connected to a main hydraulic passage MF between a regenerating brake switching means RE and a wheel cylinder WC, and a hydrodynamic pressure outputting means DP is connected to the pressure transferring means PT through an auxiliary hydraulic passage AF. A control selector valve means SV1 is provided between the pressure transferring means PT and the hydrodynamic pressure outputting means DP, and an orifice OR is provided in the hydraulic discharging passage DF connecting the auxiliary hydraulic pressure passage AF between the pressure transferring means PT and the control selector valve means SV1 and a reservoir RS. When performing a regenerating braking by means of a motor control means MCM, the auxiliary hydraulic pressure passage AF is cutoff, and when performing a hydraulic braking by means of a hydraulic control means BCM, the auxiliary hydraulic passage AF is communicated.
