Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce thermal interference of heat generated from a motor and a control unit for improving heat radiation performance and inhibit temperature rise in the motor and the control unit.SOLUTION: In a brake control device, a master cylinder S which generates a brake fluid pressure when a brake pedal is operated, a motor 2 which operates a piston 12 in the master cylinder S and includes a rotor 2a and a stator 2b provided at the outer peripheral side of the rotor 2a, and a control unit 3 having a circuit board 8, on which a driving element for controlling driving of the motor 2 is mounted, are housed in a housing unit 4. The housing unit 4 includes a vehicle body side attachment part 5 which is fixedly attached to a vehicle panel, the vehicle body side attachment part 5 through which the master cylinder S penetrates. A motor housing part 6 for housing the motor 2 and a control unit housing part 7 for housing the control unit 3 protrude from the vehicle body side attachment part 5 to a front direction while separated from each other to form a gap part 41.
