Abstract:
To achieve prevention of falling of a tooth plate from a holding plate during assembly of a brake device.SOLUTION: A tooth assembly 50 of a brake device 7 has a holding plate 19 and a tooth plate 20. The holding plate 19 comprises: a boss part 19a in which a shaft hole 19b, in which a medium diameter shank 12b of a pinion shaft 12 is inserted, is formed; and an arm part 19d which extends in a radial direction from the boss part 19b, and is so formed as to be integrally bent in a stepped shape. A first shank 19e, that functions as a first support part rounded into a substantially cylindrical shape with a tip cut up is formed on the arm part 19d. Further, a cut-up piece 19i, that functions as a regulation part which projects to the tooth plate 20 side and engages with the tooth plate 20, is formed on the arm part 19d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
