A brake mechanism 43 is installed on the output shaft 39 in a position more outside the machine body than the transmission case 32 and more inside the machine body than a chain case. Thereby it is possible to mount the brake mechanism 43 to the side of the transmission case 32 on the later mounting system, and location of the mechanism 43 in a relatively front part of the machine body and inside the wheels will improve the weight balance of the machine body in front and rear and to the left and right.
