Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake device which includes an ABS module, eliminates the need of an actuator of the ABS module to form a small and inexpensive structure, and increases a reaction speed when a brake pressure is changed.SOLUTION: A hydraulic circuit part 21 of an ABS module includes: a first magnetic valve 23 which opens and closes a main passage M; a decompression passage D which is branched from the brake caliper 5 side of the main passage M; a reservoir 29 which is connected with the decompression passage D and receives a brake fluid against a biasing force; and a second magnetic valve 24 which opens and closes the decompression passage D. At least the first magnetic valve 23 and the second magnetic valve 24, from among the hydraulic circuit part 21, are integrally provided in a brake caliper 5.
