To provide a brake fluid pressure control device for a vehicle capable of making its reservoir (base body) smaller in size while securing the stable operation of a piston in a reservoir hole.
A reservoir 32 has a reservoir hole 30, a piston 34 that slides in the reservoir hole 30, a compression coil spring 36 that energizes the piston 34, and a plate member 54 for holding the compression coil spring 36. The piston 34 is formed into a flat shape in which the slide length (S) of the piston 34 is set to be smaller than the maximum radius (R) of the piston 34. A winding beginning end and a winding terminating end of the compression coil spring 36 are arranged at positions opposed to each other in a plan view from the axial direction of the compression coil spring 36.
