PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify working and prevent the infiltration of water by mounting a cover on a housing via a sealing means, providing an air vent whose inner end is passed through a lower part of a storing chamber and an outer end is opened downward on a lower part of the housing and closing the air vent by a closing member made of a ventilation waterproof material.
SOLUTION: A storing chamber 48 storing solenoid parts 5a of first to fourth normally open type solenoid valves 54 and solenoid parts 6b of first to fourth normally close type solenoid valves 64 and storing an electronic control unit 16 is formed between a housing 20 and a cover 21 tightened on the housing 20 via a sealing member 71. By opening an outer end of an air vent whose inner end is passed through a lower part of the storing chamber 48 via a ventilation path downward, the air vent is provided on the housing 20 and the air vent is closed by a closing member 97 made of a ventilation waterproof material. As a result, infiltration of water into the storing chamber 48 can be prevented and working performed on the housing 20 can be simplified.
