Abstract:

To push out an anchor pin through a cap rubber and to facilitate a work to fit in a guide plate.

A lower anchor block 30 is removed from a caliper 10 and a brake shoe 18 is fitted in a guide plate 22 from below the caliper 10 and slid for movement. The brake shoe 18 is contained in the guide plate 22, the brake shoe 18 is then lifted up, and a lower anchor pin 26 is moved, and the guide plate 22 is fitted in an annular groove 40. In this case, a cap 42 and a cap rubber 44 are arranged on the back side of the lower anchor pin 26, by pressing a push-out part 56 from the back, an elastic part 54 is deformed, and the push-out part 56 pushes out the lower anchor pin 26. Thereby, a fit-in work between the guide plate 22 and the annular groove 40 is facilitate and working efficiency is improved.
