Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braking device for an electric vehicle which can prevent excessive braking forces from being generated by operating errors during the supply of a dynamic pressure. SOLUTION: When the pressure difference between a master cylinder and a wheel cylinder has reached a predetermined value or higher, a hydraulic pressure inlet valve is opened to supply a dynamic pressure to the wheel cylinder, and is closed when the pressure difference between the master cylinder and the wheel cylinder has decreased to a predetermined value or less. After the closure of the hydraulic pressure inlet valve, the introduction of the dynamic pressure is inhibited for a predetermined time to prevent operating errors regarding the introduction of the dynamic pressure as the result of the pressure fluctuation of the master cylinder that occurs with the closing of the hydraulic pressure inlet valve and prevent the resulting generation of excessive braking forces.
