Title:
BRAKING DEVICE OF FLUID-PRESSURE CYLINDER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3871059
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braking device of a fluid-pressure cylinder which can uniformly perform pressing on a moving rod by a brake shoe in the stable state, easily sets magnitude of the pressing force, and can decrease the length and thickness of the whole device.
SOLUTION: A first lever 8a receives a turning power using a pivot point on a first clamping member 7a as the fulcrum with a belleville spring 11 and displaces a second clamping member 7b in the clamping direction. Simultaneously, a second lever 8b receives a turning power using a pivot point on the second clamping member 7b as the fulcrum with the belleville spring 11 and displaces a first clamping member 7b in the clamping direction. Thus, a pair of brake shoes 4a and 4b are clamped, and pressure-contacted with a piston rod 2. A brake releasing piston 12 turns the pair of levers 8a and 8b with fluid pressure in the opposite direction to the belleville spring 11 to release the clamping by the pair of clamping members 7a and 7b.
