Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the number of part items in making preload so as to be impartable to an operation force detecting means with a single spring as well as to make improvements in a feeling of brake operation, in this braking hydraulic pressure controller which detects the operating force of a brake operating member operating a master cylinder through an operating force detecting means, controlling an electric actuator, and imparts braking hydraulic pressure out of a braking hydraulci pressure generating means, to a wheel brake.
CONSTITUTION: An interlocking piston 35 forming a pressure chamber 34 in a gap with an actuating piston 33 is fitted in a cylinder body 27 free of slide motion, while an operating force detecting means S1 receiving force out of this interlocking piston 35 is locked to the cylinder body 27 at a front position of the piston 35, and a return spring 41, displaying its spring force energizing the interlocking piston 35 in the forward direction in a state that the actuating piston 33 exists in a backward limit, and imparting the specified preload to the operating force detecting means S1, is installed in an interval between the actuating piston 33 and the interlocking piston 35.
