Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an engine from stopping and a power transmission device from damaging even when rigid foreign matters mix in a crushing machine or a large wooden piece is caught in the crushing machine or the like without employing a highly valuable automatic feed controlling device.
SOLUTION: In a branch crushing machine equipped with the charging port of a matter to be crushed, a crushing device 3 for crushing the matter to be crushed and a feeding device for feeding the charged matter to be crushed into the crushing device 3, a crushing hydraulic motor 12 for driving the crushing device 3 and a feeding hydraulic motor 11 for driving a feeding device 4 are provided and, in addition, a relief valve 20, which actuates under the overloaded state of the crushing device 3, and a pressure switch 25, which actuates at a pressure somewhat lower than the set pressure of the relief valve 20 are provided in the driving pipe line 17 of the crushing hydraulic motor 12. Further, a solenoid change-over valve 26, which is changed-over to an unloading side through the actuation of the pressure switch 25, is provided in the driving pipe line 21 of the feeding hydraulic motor 11.
