To provide a branch joint for stably maintaining connection to a resin pipe while absorbing the expansion of the resin pipe with an atmospheric temperature change, or for strengthening connection to the resin pipe and additionally securing the strength of a branch pipe to which an external device or a branch pipe is connected.
A collar portion 22a of the branch pipe 22 is locked to the flow path hole inner face of a joint body 11 so that a cylinder portion 22b of the branch pipe 22 is protruded from a neck portion 11r of the joint body. Then, the neck portion 11r of the joint body 11 or its vicinity is held between a fixture 23 annularly mounted on the cylinder portion 22b and the collar portion 22a to fix the branch pipe 22. In addition, an electric heat wire 31 is wired to at least one position on a connection portion to a metal and resin composite resin pipe B to form an electrically fused connection structure.
