Title:
BRANCH JUNCTION BOX WITH HEAD LIGHT CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS61275037
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To allow circuits in a branch junction box to be simplified and also allow them to meet any change in specifications by allowing an internal circuit for a dimmer to be separately configurated. CONSTITUTION:When an independent circuit for each of fuses 4 through 7 for RH, LH, Hi, and Lo is formed by using a dimmer relay 3, a power source side 3a of the relay 3 is connected to an external terminal 12y by a wire w2, and a circuit 3b of a normally opened contact side is connected to a terminal 12x by a wire w1. In this configuration, when a switch SW1 is turned on, a relay 2 is actuated allowing electric current to flow to head light fuses 6 and 7, and then the head light is lighted. And when a switch SW4d2 is turned on, the normally open contact is closed allowing electric current to flow to the fuses 4 and 5. Besides, when separated fuses are used only for both RH and LH, if a pin 8 is inserted into a short connector 12, the pin 8 allows the load side of the relay 2 to be connected with the fuses 4 and 5 permitting the fuses 4 and 5 to be only for the use of RH and LH, and then the light goes on and off depending on an 'off' operation of the switch SW1.
