PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branch pipe lining method, with which a branch pipe lining material can be surely reversely inserted in a branch pipe.
SOLUTION: A flange part 1B is formed by folding back one end of a hardening resin impregnated part 1A, which is produced by impregnating a tubular resin absorbing material with uncured liquid hardening resin, and then hardening the one side so as to cover the whole outer surface of the hardening resin impregnated part 1A and the whole surface of the flange part 1B or some part connected with the outer surface of the hardening resin impregnated part 1A with a plastic film (or a covering materiel) 2 having a high air tightness in order to form a branch pipe linking material 1 for executing a linking to a branch pipe 11. Since the inner surface of the hardening resin impregnated part 1A and the flange part 1B of a reversed branch pipe lining material 1 including the boundary part between both the parts is airtightly covered with the plastic film, no pressure fluid such as compressed air or the like leaks through the boundary between the hardening resin impregnated 1A and the flange part 1B at the reverse insertion of the branch pipe lining material 1 in the branch pipe 11 by supplying the pressure fluid in a pressure bag 13, resulting in surely carrying out the reverse insertion of the branch pipe lining material 1 in the branch pipe 11 at all times.
