Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a branch power supply controller of an electric load performing branch connection of a plurality of reverse connection protective elements by sharing a power switching element.SOLUTION: Reverse connection protective elements 120a, 120b of field effect transistors are connected, respectively, in series with a plurality of electric loads 107a, 107b branch supplied from a DC power supply 101 via a common power switching element 110a. The reverse connection protective elements are connected with a polarity with which a supply current flows in the conduction direction of parasitic diodes 121a, 121b generated between the source terminal S and drain terminal D of the field effect transistor, and when the current of the field effect transistor is less than a predetermined value, gate voltage of the reverse connection protective elements is interrupted by a gate control circuit 129, and the reverse connection protective elements are open-circuited. Consequently, an abnormal power supply fault of one load wiring is prevented from spreading to other load.
