NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by the formula (R represents 14W38C branched chain saturated hydrocarbon).
EXAMPLE: 2-Hexyl-2'-octylethanephosphorylcholine.
USE: A surfactant for such as cosmetics, medicaments, chemicals, foods, etc.
PREPARATION: For example, 2,2'-dialkoxy-1,3,2-dioxaphosphoran-2-oxide is treated with trimethylamine in dimethylformamide (DMF) to obtain the aimed 2,2'-dialkyl-phosphorylcholine.
