PURPOSE: To obtain the title preparation preparing a highly concentrated branched-chain amino acid-containing transfusion by blending L-valine with L-leucine in the form of dipeptide.
CONSTITUTION: A branched chain amino acid preparation containing L-valine, L-isoleucine and L-leucine dipeptide in a relative molar ratio based on 1 L-valine of 0.5-1.5 L-isoleucine and 1.5-3 L-leucine dipeptide, preferably 0.7-1.2 L-isoleucine and 1.8-2.4 L-leucine dipeptide. L-Alanyl-L-leucine, L-leucyl-L-alanine, glycyl-L- leucine, L-leucyl-glycine, α-L-aspartyl-L-leucine and L-leucylL-aspartic acid may be cited as the L-leucine dipeptide. The preparation is adjusted to preferably 10-17wt.% branched-chain amino acid concentration, has no fear of precipitating crystal even by long-term preservation at room temperature, dose not cause discoloration, reduction in content of components, etc., and has extremely excellent stability.
