PURPOSE: To perform both load lifting-up and -down conveyance in multi-storied construction warehouse by forming delivery devices, and receiving devices at respective floors respectively.

CONSTITUTION: Delivery devices 1 and receiving devices 2 are formed respectively at respective floors 6. After a load 3 is discharged from a load carrier deck 4, a load 3 to be lowered can be loaded at an upper floor, and after a load 3 lowered is discharged, a load to be lifted can be loaded at a lower floor. It is thus possible to convey the loads freely, regardless of the conveyance direction of the loads 3 and reduce the travel of the empty load carrier deck, and halve conveyance energy and the number of shafts 5 for the effective utilization of a construction area.
