Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a transmission loss at a connecting section between the input/output terminal of a mother board and the terminal part of a transmission line positioned on a resin pedestal.
SOLUTION: A resin pedestal 19 is installed at the dead end part of a recessed groove 6a formed on a lid and the terminal part of a metal rod 16b, for which a screw hole 20 is formed, is positioned on that pedestal 19. On the other hand, on a mother board 11, a first land part 22 is installed around a screw hole 21, by screwing a screw 22a with the screw hole 20 of a trunk connecting terminal, the head of the screw 22a is tightly adhered with the first land part 22, and the first land part 22 and the metal rod 16b are electrically connected. Besides, outside the first land part 22, a ring-shaped second land part 23 insulated from that first land part 22 and notched at one part is concentrically formed and electrically connected with the lid through a contact piece 23a projectingly provided on the rear face of that second land part 23.
