Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brazing device which can improve the quality and productivity.
SOLUTION: A plurality of brazing materials are mounted each in the vicinity of a face of abutment with each rotor bar 11 of a short-circuit ring 8, and a high frequency induction heating coil 7 is arranged in opposition to the other face of the short-circuit ring 8. Then, this brazing device is provided with a radiation thermometer 14 which measures the surface temperature of the short- circuit ring 8 without contact, and a heating control means 16 which controls the value of the current to be supplied to the high frequency induction heating coil 7, so that the temperature measured with the radiation thermometer 14 may keep the preset standard value.
