Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brazing material sheet for forming a fillet, capable of advantageously forming a sound junction while surely and precisely forming a uniform fillet between AI materials when two AI materials are brazed and joined.SOLUTION: A brazing material sheet 14 for forming a fillet is configured by using an aluminum brazing sheet prepared by cladding brazing materials 14b made of aluminum alloys containing 9 to 13 mass% of Si, the remainder being aluminum and inevitable impurities, on both sides of a core material 14a made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy, the clad ratio of the brazing materials 14b on both sides being both 35% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
