Abstract:
PURPOSE: To exhibit a good wetting property with Ti or Ti alloy, such as Ti-Ni alloy, and to obtain high brazing strength by specifying the compsn. of the brazing material.
CONSTITUTION: The brazing material contains 20 to 40wt.% Ni and consists of the balance Ti. Further, this brazing material contains 20 to 40wt.% Ni, contains 1 to 10wt.% one or ≥2 kinds of the elements selected from a group consisting of B, Al, Si, Zr, and Bi and consists of the balance Ti. The m. p. higher than the m.p. of the conventional Ti-Zr-base brazing material is obtd. in this way and the brazing with high heat resistance is executed.
