Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brazing method of an aluminum alloy material, which does not use a flux and forms a junction fillet having sufficient junction strength.SOLUTION: In a brazing method, metallic powder is adhered to a surface of an aluminum alloy material, and then is heated to braze in an inert gas or hydrogen gas atmosphere without using a flux. The aluminum alloy material contains 0.40-1.5 mass% of Mn, and the balance Al with the inevitable impurities. The metallic powder contains at least one, two or more kinds of elements of Si, Mg, Zn, and Al. An adhesion amount of Si to the surface of the aluminum alloy material is 1.0-10.0 g/m, an adhesion amount of Mg is 0.1-3.0 g/m, and an adhesion amount of Zn is 1.0-5.0 g/m.
