PURPOSE: To let the brazed structure of high reliability be obtained by separating the inside of a hermetic vessel to a high pressure chamber and a low pressure chamber and controlling the flow- down length of braze material through the utilization of the differential pressure thereof or doing other in the brazing device for sleeve and conduit tube.
CONSTITUTION: A sleeve 2, conduit pipe 4, etc. are assembled and the assembly is contained in a hermetic vessel 8. The hermetic vessel 8 is divided to a high pressure chamber 18 and a low pressure chamber 19 and a fluid resistor 16 is raised and supported from the lower part of the through part of a pipe plate 1 by a support jig 17 to increase the fluid resistance of the gap between the sleeve 2 and conduit tube 4. The high pressure chamber 18 and low pressure chamber 19 are brought under inert gas or reducing gas atmosphere and current is supplied to coils. When a temperature switch 13 senses the melting start point of the braze material, a differential pressure control unit 12 maintains the pressure difference between the high pressure chamber 18 and low pressure chamber 19 constant. Because of this differential pressure, the melted braze is forced in the gap between the sleeve 2 and conduit tube 4. In addition, the variations in the fluid resistance owing to the varying sizes of the gap are concealed by the resistor 16 and the flow-down length of the braze material becomes even in the circumferential direction.
