PURPOSE: To make both brazing characteristic and baking of resin coating good by heating the Al-made work having been coated with a fluorine resin at the specific temperature thereby simultaneously performing brazing and baking of fluorine resin.

CONSTITUTION: A material which is an Al material having been coated with a fluorine resin in an unbaked state is subjected to baking of fluorine resin and brazing simultaneously by heating for brazing. The brazing is accomplished by setting an aluminum-made heater 2, a braze material 3 and a flux 4 on the aluminum surface of the unbaked coating mateial. Heating temperature are ≥350°C and ≤550°C. Thereby,the brazing and the baking of the fluorine resin are accomplished simultaneously and the good results are obtained.
