This bread maker includes a housing for forming the oven chamber, a door installed on a front face of the housing, the bread making tray detachably installed in the oven room, a sensing member arranged in at least either one of the housing and the door so as to advance-retreat for a prescribed section by the existence of contact of the bread making tray for sensing installation of the bread making tray and a sensing switch for sensing the movement of the sensing member.
