Abstract:
To provide a device for efficiently and nicely slicing bread through a simple process.
There is provided a bread slicer which slices a mass of bread 30 at a predetermined width by relatively moving a round blade 31 in a bread width direction. In the bread slicer, the round blade 31 is set such that a ratio (diameter/bread height) of the diameter thereof to a bread height h is more than 3.65.
