Abstract:
To provide a method for producing breads in order to obtain a good and natural texture even after distribution in the breads produced from grain flour such as wheat flour, barley flour or rice flour as a main raw material.
The breads are obtained by carrying out baking of bread dough made from the grain flour as the main raw material and further a steaming step and the method for producing the breads is provided. One or more kinds selected from the group consisting of the wheat flour, barley flour, rice flour and starch can be used as the grain flour which is the main raw material.
