To prevent a tentacle-preventing part from being scraped by a short- circuiting terminal.
A protrusion 30 capable of contacting with an electrode is fitted to an elastic contact piece 29 of a short-circuiting terminal 27, and a relief groove 20 for letting the protrusion 30 pass uninterfered with only a small part of it cut off is formed at a tentacle-preventing part 18. When a short-circuiting plug 25 is insertion-coupled with a pillar 16, the protrusion 30 comes in contact with the electrode 21 after it passes the inside of the relief groove 20 without touching the tentacle-preventing part 18. Further, the protrusion 30 also passes through the relief groove 20 without touching the tentacle- preventing part when it gets removed from the short-circuiting plug 25. Therefore, there is no fear of the synthetic resin tentacle-preventing part 18 being scraped by the metal short-circuiting terminal 27.
