Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a short-circuiting plug from being pulled out between a pair of electrode, in a state with a main circuit closed.
SOLUTION: In the process of pulling out the short-circuit plug 30 from an electrode 15, after opening a relay (switching means), it is necessary to perform two lever operation which differ in displacement form: the operation of moving a lever 35 linearly in a housing position to a tilting position and the operation of turning the lever 36 in the tilting position to the pull-out position. Therefore, even if there is a time lag is, from the start of the opening operation of the relay until its completion and the opening of the main circuit, the pulling operation of the short-circuit plug 30 is conducted, after the opening operation has been completed and the main circuit has been opened.
