PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of defective appearance such as a scar, a stripe, scuffing, a foreign matter, etc., on the surface of an extruded product even at the time of running for a prolonged term by forming a ceramic film on a surface brought into contact with at least a vinyl chloride resin in the surface of a breaker plate through an ion plating method.
CONSTITUTION: A ceramic film composed of one kink or more of the nitride, carbide, carbon nitride or oxide of at least one king or more of metals selected from a group consisting of B, Si, Ti, V, Cr, Zr, and Hf is formed on a surface brought into contact with at least a vinyl chloride resin in the surface of a breaker plate through an ion plating method. Since the film has high surface hardness and excellent abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, coatability to a through-hole and adhesive property with a base material, the abrasion of the film due to usage for a prolonged term, the damage of the film due to buffing at the time of maintenance, the corrosion of the film due to hydrogen chloride gas generated when the resin is thermally decomposed and the adhesion of the resin onto the film can be prevented.
