To provide a remote monitoring system for breaker for wiring, which suppresses drop of workability and increase of construction cost.
The system is equipped with: a breaker 2 for wiring, which is equipped with a breaking circuit which electrically connects primary winding 6 with secondary winding 8 and besides breaks the electric connection between the primary winding 6 and the secondary winding 8 under specified conditions; and a remote monitoring means 4 which is connected to the breaker 2 for wiring via the primary winding 6. In the case where the electric connection between the primary winding 6 and the secondary winding 8 is interrupted, it generates a specified voltage Va and applies it to the primary winding 6. In the case where the electric connection between the primary winding 6 and the secondary winding 8 is not interrupted, it generates connection voltage Vb different from the break voltage Va and applies it to the primary winding 6. Based on the break voltage Va or connection voltage Vb applied to the primary winding 6, a remote monitoring means 4 remote-monitors whether the electric connection between the primary winding 6 and the secondary winding 8 is interrupted or not.
