Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prompt report transmission system capable of quickly, simply and inexpensively transmitting highly prompt information to a personal digital assistant at optional time specified by a client through a wide area network such as the Internet. SOLUTION: The prompt report transmission system 1 is provided with a prompt report registering means 10 for providing an input form for registration to a client machine 5 in response to a request from the machine 5 connected to the wide range network 3, a database management means 11 for storing and managing data registered by the means 10, an e-mail management means 12 for transmitting the contents of the prompt report included in an e-mail to the address of a personal digital assistant 7, and a prompt report transmission control means 13 for instructing the means 12 to transmit the prompt report.
