Abstract:
To provide a breast pump system for obtaining breast milk.
The system includes a pressure source for generating positive pressure and negative pressure and a control device operatively connected to the pressure source. The control device controls the positive and negative pressure, and the control device controls the cycle time while the positive and negative pressure is applied to the breast at least partially based upon a wave signal. The wave signal is a non-sinusoidal wave of pressure to time.
