To restrict the release of lubricant mist into the air by forming breather rooms communicated with a transmission room for a transmission in the peripheral direction of crank shafts adjacent to a lead valve mount to using the outward extensions of lead valve bodies in common for the covers of the breather rooms.
Breather rooms 20 (20L, 20R) are formed adjacent to the lower parts of lead valve mounting housings 19 (19L, 19R) for every cylinder and lead valve bodies 21 (21L, 21R) are charged in the housings 19. The valve bodies 21 and suction pipes are mounted in the housings 19 and the breather rooms 20 are enclosed with the flanges 22 of the valve bodies 21. Communication holes 28, 29 are respectively formed in a partition wall 27 with which a crank room 10R and the breather room 20R are enclosed at the right sides and crank room partition ribs 11 with which the right and left crank rooms 10L, 10R and the right and left breather rooms 20L, 20R are respectively partitioned, to communicate right and left breather rooms 20L, 20R with each other and communicate both rooms 20L, 20R with a transmission room 13.
